Our products are individually handcrafted, and as such, no two items are ever completely identical. While we make every effort to ensure that the product you receive closely resembles the images displayed on our website (approximately 95% similarity), slight variations may occur due to factors such as lighting, paint shade, wood grain, or natural material differences. By purchasing our handmade products, you acknowledge and accept that minor deviations from the product images are inherent to the nature of handcrafted goods. Accordingly, such minor variations shall not constitute grounds for return, refund, or exchange.

2. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been carefully processed and dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. You may use this tracking number to monitor the shipment until delivery.

3. Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Orders may be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Requests received after 24 hours from the order placement time cannot be accommodated.

5. How long does delivery take within the U.S.?

Our products are shipped from Turkey. Standard delivery typically takes between 1 and 3 weeks, depending on the shipping carrier’s workload, customs processing times, and any unforeseen issues during transit. Our company shall not be held liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these potential delays.

6. Do you ship internationally?

We ship to selected countries only. You may view all eligible countries during the checkout process. Deliveries to European countries, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Ireland typically take 1–3 weeks. Our company is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, and by placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this condition.

8. What happens if my package is lost or damaged during delivery?
