1. Return & Exchange Period

  • Standard return and exchange period is 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product is defective, broken, scratched, or damaged upon delivery.

  • If the issue is caused by customer misuse or handling, the return request will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Conditions

  • If the product has no defect, issue, or damage, returns will not be accepted.

  • Custom or personalized products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Any product returned without prior approval will be refused.

3. Order Cancellation & Modification

  • Cancellations or modifications must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Once the order has been shipped, no cancellation or modification will be accepted.

4. Shipping Damages

  • If the package is damaged, torn, or scratched at the time of delivery, the customer must:

    1. Take clear photos of the package and product.

    2. Report the issue directly to the shipping company.

  • Customers are not responsible for damages caused by the shipping carrier.

5. Return Authorization

  • Customers must contact us before returning any product.

  • Products sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • Approved returns must be shipped to the address we provide.

6. Return Requirements

  • The returned product must be:

    • Complete, unused, and undamaged.

    • In its original condition as received.

    • Securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipment.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or damaged products.

7. Refund Process

  • If a product is confirmed to be defective, broken, or damaged, we offer a free return.

  • Customers will receive a full refund within 15 business days after we receive the returned item.

  • Refund delays may occur due to bank processing times, for which Iconvio is not responsible.
